Sams Club was doing a membership promo so my daughter and I decided to sign up. I then decided to apply for their Master Card Credit Card thinking it would precisely be convenient when I shop there. I was approved within minutes for 10K. Hmmm, although my citation is very good the credit rating line did surprise me and triggered a slender motion of a bolshevik flag within. I was told that I will receive my menu in the mail 7-14 days. I received my bill in the mail along with some other paper about interest rate from them but no calling card. After waiting for 23 days I called the credit tease company. It was a full 10 minutes answering motion after question to a calculator. Hmmm again I felt a twinge of a bolshevik flag. I was getting so torment having to waste my time speaking with a calculator, that I knew could not help. I needed to speak with a veridical person. once that last happened, they told me that they sent the card over 2 wks ago. I informed them I did not receive it and to please cancel it and send out another one. After getting transfered to person else, everthing seemed good. I waited another 15 days and still no calling card. I dreaded the think of having to call them and talk to a computer for ten minutes or more before I get to speak with person, but I did it. once again by the fourth dimension I got done with question after question with the calculator, about 10 minutes, I got to speak to a person. I explained my situation and asked if they can check if my raw “ 2 ” card was sent out so far. I was told that there was no newly “ 2 ” card air and my original tease that I never did receive was NEVER CANCELLED, however I was told they did update my address. What ? ? now I ‘m paniked and wanted to know why it was not cancelled when I called them a calendar month ago and why my address was updated. I received the bill no problem and some early newspaper to my dwelling fair no credit rating card. After they checked there was no transactions made … .lucky me ! however I decided not to push my luck any far thus I told them to CANCEL / CLOSE any report that has my name attached to theirs and send me a confirmation it was taken care of this meter. then far I am not out any money and hopefully the credit card has been cancelled this time. I am still waiting to receive a ratification from them that I am not one of their customers, nor ever will be unless things change boastful time. I ‘m very disappoint with their customer service. I do n’t like talking to a computer when I know it can not help me and I do n’t like being lied to specially when it come to a lost / stolen citation wag that they say they will cancel it and never do ! !
